Art Exploration Classes
Term 3, 2021 - Botanicals
Term 3 we will be exploring extra special plants!!!
We will explore properties, various mediums, natural pigments and have a tonne of fun dissecting our theme, 'Botanicals.'

Spend the holidays getting inspired. Study botanicals, draw them and squish pieces of them into your visual diaries.
You will be able to draw on your gathered inspiration during the term.
All materials are supplied and you will take home some great artworks and new mediums and skills to experiment with.

Our Term 3 Guest Artist is Award Winning Mel Taylor.
She will be facilitating the exploring for one class.

Week 1, Wed -21st July
Week 3, Wed -4th Aug
Week 5,Wed - 18th Aug
Week 7, Wed- 1st Sept
Week 9, Wed - 15th Sept
Classes are limited to 12 participants
✨Junior classes: 7 - 12yo and friend/family | 3.40 - 4.20pm
(Older family members, friends or guardians are welcome to enrol into the Junior class to enjoy the experience together for added fun.n The classes will be pitched at 7 - 12yo, but still perfectly enjoyable and challenging for adults.)
✨Senior classes: 13yrs to Adult | 4.30 - 5.30pm
Ages are a guide only and I am willing to discuss exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

Art Exploration Classes run fortnightly during WA school terms

In a 40-minute or 1hr art exploration class, you will learn technique and medium skills.

You MUST bring your Art Exploration Kit to every class.
They are supplied at your first class and will be waiting for you upon arrival.
Your Art Exploration Kit Contains: Artists Visual Diary, Art Folio & Drawing Supplies

Junior classes: 7 - 12yo | 3.40 - 4.20pm
Light refreshments will be available for parents/guardians who wish to stay
Parents/Guardians/Friends of juniors are also welcome to enrol and join in

Senior classes: 13yrs to Adult | 4.30 - 5.30pm
Ages are a guide only and I am willing to negotiate exceptions on a case by case basis.
